Coming Good

Played a lot better today. Net 76. Working on a swing key. All advice welcome. Gainsborough Greens tomorrow. Expecting good things. Madison has her new putter. We are going to do well. Mt freind Saki didn't play well today either and she plays off scratch.

Hanging In There

It didn't quite go to plan today but I'm hanging in there. Short game a bit off. Ineed a good round tomorrow. I'm not giving up yet.

New Handicap

My New Handicap is 14.9. Playing at Keperra in a two day event starting today. It is sponsored by Titelist. We are going with my freind Madison and her dad. W are both trying to get to single figures. Lets hope we lose a shot this week.

New Drawing Board Is Great

Just finished monthly medal at Emerald Lakes. Course very wet. Gross 82, net 66. Flogged dad but he did manage a gross 80. Results not in yet. That should bring me down to 15. Uncle Mark is going to have to come good to catch me now

Back To The Drawing Board

It didn't go to plan early on. Put myself behind the eight ball but finished OK. Toowoomba (largets inland city in Queensland) was a cold place at the top of a mountain. Golf course was excellent. Fantastic greens. A long way to go for no win but never mind it's monthly medal at Emerald Lakes today. Hope to give dad a flogging. Hcp now 16.4.

More Practice

It's still pouring with rain so I have to practice inside. Point 1 back from the weekend so I'm working on my swing plane and keeping my head still.

Bad day at the office

It was the rain. Thats my excuse and i'm sticking to it. Par event on Saturday didn't go well. -4 for me and -9 for GGG (Green Golfer Girl). She played well an Sunday in the Redcliffe Junior Open. Missed out on the prizes with a bad last hole but the last 3 holes were played in torrential rain with the 16th underwater and the fairways flooded.

Off to Toowoomba on Thursday. Lots of golf to come with the school holidays coming up.
